We’re a collection point for Planet Friendly Paint

Planet Friendly Paint create zero waste, handmade, watercolour paints made from upcycled waste cosmetics to create a unique painting experience suitable for artists of all abilities.

They provide and innovative circular economy solution to the ever-growing cosmetic waste problem, worth over €180million in Europe alone.

You can donate your old make up at the Planet Friendly Paint collection point at MAKE Southwest, located on the first floor, by the community noticeboard.

Great Big Green Week[s] in Bovey Tracey

Great Big Green Week (GBGW) is the UK’s annual celebration of community action to tackle climate change and protect nature. Each year, MAKE Southwest, alongside several other organisations and community groups in Bovey Tracey coordinate a schedule of activities throughout the week, culminating in an upbeat event in Mill Marsh Park on the final Saturday.

Learn more about the GBGW activities on our upcoming and past events pages.
